Valerie Williams – “Hands and Feet are made to move!”  

Bio: Valerie Williams is a Consultant HR Advisor and Owner of Quality HR Solutions, LLC, where she partners and designs tailored human resources solutions that accelerate organizational goals by leveraging the unique strengths of people. With over 15 years of human resources leadership experience across multiple industries, Valerie combines her heart for people with a strategic organizational mindset. Her services span HR consultancy, fractional HR leadership and HR project management that meet organizational needs and ensure a talent strategy that is prepared, positioned and optimized for excellence.

Valerie is a Jesus follower who is energized by serving faith-based, missional organizations with HR advisory and support. She is honored to be a wife and a mother to four sons. Together they enjoy nature, sports and playing charades.

Josh Wymore – “Feedback that is appreciated”

Bio: Dr. Josh Wymore has a passion for helping leaders Become More of who they were made to be. As an executive coach, keynote speaker, and trainer with WYMORE, Josh has helped nonprofit and Fortune 500 leaders all around the world live and lead with greater purpose and clarity. His book, Humbler Leadership, explores the ten mindsets and skill sets leaders can practice to become humbler.

Whitney Bandemer – “Leading Multi-generational teams”

Bio: Whitney Bandemer (she/her) is a recovering lawyer, organizational architect, change nerd, and experienced people leader. She is the principal at WB Consulting, LLC based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her consulting practice specializes in organizational and people development, including:

• HR and management strategy

• Speaking and facilitating

• Learning and development experiences, including Lead Boldly Learning

Prior to founding her own business, she spent 15+ years as an executive in higher education in Virginia and Indiana.

Bob Sack – “5 Traits of a Healthy Team”

Bio: Sack brings over 20 years of marketing experience to Cornerstone. He was the first executive hired by DP Fox Sports in 1995 to help launch the Grand Rapids Griffins as one of the country’s most successful minor professional hockey franchises. Prior to working with the Griffins, he was the first-ever director of the Grand Rapids Jaycees’ Senior PGA Tour stop. More recently, Sack spent three years as the chief operating officer of McShane & Bowie, a prominent Grand Rapids law firm.
